Can I buy tickets with cash or a cheque?

Cash is perfectly acceptable, if you prefer to pay that way. We don’t recommend sending cash through the post, but, if you live reasonably locally, you’re very welcome to drop it through the door with the date of the concert for which you’d like tickets, plus your name, address and contact phone number or email address on the envelope.  We’ll send you the tickets by post – or by email if you’ve given us your email address.

Can I buy tickets by Bank Transfer or with a Credit/Debit Card?

Yes, you can buy your tickets using a card (or direct from your bank account) via PayPal.  If you don’t have a PayPal Account, it couldn’t be easier to set one up, and the good news is that it’s FREE and (we’re delighted to say) incredibly SECURE!  All you need to do is follow this link to PayPal’s UK home page at

https://www.paypal.com/gb/home

and follow the easy steps to set up an account.  When you set up your PayPal Account, you can choose to pay for items direct from your bank account or by a Debit Card or by a Credit Card.

Here’s how it works:

Open your PayPal home page and click on the banknote icon which says “Send or request money”.

On the next screen click on “Send Money”.

The next screen says “Send money to” with a box underneath which says “Name, email or number”.

Enter tickets@cantlos.com in that box and click “Next”.

On the next screen select “Paying for an item or service”.

The next screen shows £0.00. Enter 7.50 into that box to pay for each ticket (eg 15.00 if you’re buying two).

Then scroll to the bottom of the page and click on “Continue”.

You’ll be taken through to the payment page, to confirm from which account or card the payment will be taken.

Once your payment has been accepted, you’ll get an (almost) immediate confirmation email from PayPal to confirm your payment has been made.

Please then send an email to tickets@cantlos.com to let us know you’ve made the payment and:

(a) which concert date the payment is for, and

(b) how many tickets you’ve paid for.

Once your payment appears in our account, we’ll email you your tickets – just print them off and bring them with you on the night.
